ELIM CHURCHES across the south of England and beyond are gearing up for celebration events in 2015 to mark the 100th centenary of the church network’s birth.

Evangelist George Jeffreys founded the Pentecostal movement in Ireland in 1915 dedicated to pioneer evangelism, church planting and Holy Spirit ministry. Elim now has thriving churches in more than 40 countries around the world.

There will be a leaders’ day of consecration in Birmingham this January, followed by a centenary conference in Harrogate in May and various regional celebrations complementing local church gatherings.
