A TIME OF REJOICING, thanksgiving and worship followed the licensing of Rev Jane Willis as Priest-in-Charge of Holy Trinity Church, Hurstpierpoint.
The Bishop of Chichester, Dr Martin Warner, led the service which saw friends of Jane and her husband Gerry join the congregation for the occasion on October 5. Jane and Gerry have lived for many years in Lindfield, where they raised their three daughters, now all adults and away from home. She entered ministry 11 years ago, training at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford, and has served as evangelist, curate and vicar in three other parishes.
