CROWDS FLOCKED to see Open Air Campaigners use their creative skills to tell the story of the Gospel at the Brighton Festival Fringe.

Among the crowds at the May event was a lone man who ‘lingered’ to hear more following a presentation, according to Phillip Deuk, Community Chaplain of Holland Road Baptist Church in Hove.
He said: “After a few exchanges it was apparent that, though very positive about the faith, he had not committed his life to the Lord. I shared the Gospel with him and led him in a prayer of commitment.”

The man is now receiving discipleship and attending services. He is also excited about attending an Alpha course being held this autumn.

“His spiritual journey spans years with believers and churches making an impact,” added Phillip. “Yet this is the fruition of many people’s activities.”
