Mabel’s 100 but still in the pink

Mabel Knight, born in 1913, has survived two World Wars and celebrated her 100^th birthday in style recently.

Resident at Koinonia Christian Care Home for ten years, Mabel’s surviving relatives are her two sons and two granddaughters.

With her to celebrate on 2 November was Worthing Mayor Bob Smytherman, as well as a host of Koinonia residents, staff and well-wishers.
