“May Day” was how one of Britain’s top-selling tabloids greeted the announcement of Theresa May as its new Prime Minister.

It was quite appropriate, really, as the country reels from the shock of the referendum vote to leave the European Union. But there is indeed a call for much alarm and ‘dis-may’. Read More

Peace prize backing for terrorist

Former South African Archbishop Desmond Tutu has joined an ongoing campaign to nominate a jailed Palestinian terrorist for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Marwan Barghouti, who is serving five life sentences for his role in planning suicide terror attacks in Israel, has already won the support of leading Belgian MPs and a delegation of mayors from French cities, and is widely seen as a prospective successor to PA president Mahmoud Abbas, which means he could be following in the footsteps of peace prize winner Yasser Arafat. Shavuot – the need for Pentecostal power!

The Feast of Pentecost (or Shavuot) is the perfect time to celebrate the miraculous birth of the Church – and a reminder that all further growth is equally supernatural.

The original outpouring of the Holy Spirit took place on what is also known as the Feast of Weeks – seven weeks or 50 days after Passover, when Jesus was crucified. It’s a celebration of the first fruits of the harvest, and it’s interesting to note that the number of disciples increased sevenfold on the Day of Pentecost. For 3,000 souls were added to the 500 already following Yeshua (Acts 2.41, 1 Corinthians 15.6). Read More

Frightening comparison with Hitler’s rise to power

By Charles Gardner

We’ve been here before. History is repeating itself and I’m again experiencing that sense of déjà vu that prompted me (just ten days ago) to write about the anti-Semitism row within the British Labour Party in the context of Theodor Herzl’s Zionist campaign, which itself was prompted by anti-Jewish mania.1 Read More

The rock that will not roll

To be consistent, President Hollande should seek to make peace with the Nice terrorists

“At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, ‘Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.’” (Hebrews 12.26)

At a time of great turbulence, when all around is sinking sand, there is a rock of perfect security on which to stand. His name is Jesus. And those who fail to honour him will stumble. (Isaiah 8.14; Romans 9.33)

In the world of politics, too, there is an “immovable rock” that will injure those nations wishing to move it. (Zechariah 12.3) Could this mean that all who attack Jerusalem – “the city of the Great King” (Matthew 5.35) – will themselves be terrorised? Read More

Call to repent of Jewish betrayal

By Charles Gardner

A book dealing with a prophesied financial earthquake set to strike London calls on Britain to repent of its betrayal of the Jews.

This is among a string of sins which it is claimed have provoked the judgment of God. The list centres on how the country has forsaken its Christian heritage and moved away from the Coronation Oath through which the monarch vows allegiance to the Protestant faith. Read More

Floods in France – and their Israel policy

Although news of the devastation caused by flooding in France and Germany (May-June 2016) has rightly elicited both shock and sympathy, I couldn’t help connecting it with the new ‘peace’ efforts Europe is trying to foist on Israel. And it now looks like President Obama will be supporting the French plan to impose Palestinian demands upon Israel. Read More

After the British Labour party was rocked by Nazi row….

Former London Mayor Ken Livingstone

I WAS STRUCK WITH A MYSTERIOUS SENSE of déjà vu when, having spent much of the afternoon researching the life and times of Theodor Herzl, inspiration for the Jewish nation, I heard on the news that a red-hot political row had broken out over anti-Semitism. Read More

  • Former American presidential candidate Ted Cruz was the “strongest supporter of Israel on Capitol Hill”, according to his pastor father Rafael. Speaking in support of his Republican Senator son, he said the nation’s constitution was founded on the Torah and that “Israel is the only country in the world with a title deed from the Almighty!” (JNN, Arutz-7)
